How to Become a Member

We are completing membership for our 2008 season from our waiting list. Our waiting list is very long and those of you further down on the list will mostly likely be eligible for the 2009 season (sorry!). We will be in contact with everyone on the list regardless. We are not taking any more information for the waiting list at this point in time. Thank you for considering Charlestown Farm.

As a member you would pick up vegetables once a week at the farm from June through November. It's about 22-24 weeks, depending on the late or early frost in the fall. In the barn there is a blackboard that lists all the pickups for that day and the U-pick items as well. The share usually includes about 12-16 different items in quantities for a family of four (2 adults and 2 children). The U-pick items may have some limits but are available for you to pick that day or any other time during the week and half days on Saturdays.
U-pick items include beans, peas, flowers, herbs, cherry tomatoes, paste tomatoes, soybeans, hot peppers, strawberries and raspberries as they come in season.
