2005 Season

In September 2005 chef Lydia Chaudrhy completed a culinary internship as part of her training at the Natural Gourmet in New York City. Lydia created recipes using typically less familiar vegetables and she conducted cooking demonstrations twice each week at the farm and on Saturdays at the Phoenixville Farmers' Market. On September 25th the Farm hosted a family cooking workshop where children and their parents cooked and learned together. Click on the links below for recipes.
